Camp Legacy’s Upper Camp, situated on 11 acres in Bennington, NE, offers week-long camps for children who have completed K-6th grade.
Campers enjoy a true outdoor summer camp experience through daily flag raising ceremony, arts & crafts, team building, nature activities, swimming, sports, camp songs & skits and more! Recreation facilities offered at Camp Legacy include 2 swimming pools, archery range, baseball field, obstacle course, gymnasium, basketball court, arts & crafts shack, soccer field, game room, amphitheater, nature trail, gaga pit, garden, rec room and volleyball court. Along with the amenities offered at the campsite, campers engage in week long thematic activities.
Campers may purchase “Canteen Cards” to buy supplies, drinks and other goodies at the Canteen Shop.

Camp Legacy’s owners hold current Nebraska Teaching Certificates, First Aide & CPR Certifications and Pool Operator’s License. The Camp Director holds current First Aide & CPR Certifications, ACA Camp Director Certification, and Pool Operator’s License.
Camp Counselors go through extensive pre-camp training to lead and supervise campers during daily activities. Lifeguards hold current Red Cross, First Aide and Water Safety Certifications.

Extended Care is also offered Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
