Camp Legacy’s Junior Counselor program is for students who have completed 7th grade.
Junior Counselors assist the Camp Counselors with group activities such as archery, sports, arts & crafts, swimming, skits, and more!
There is no cost for Junior Counselors to be at camp, as it is a volunteer / Counselor-In-Training opportunity. Volunteer hours are from 8:45 AM-3:30 PM. There is no before or after care provided for Junior Counselors.
Junior Counselors may set their own schedules and are asked to volunteer for the full camp day from 8:45 am-3:30 pm.
This is a fantastic program for kids who are too old to attend camp but too young to be employed. Also, it gets them unplugged and outside during their summer break!
